Soak diced bread rolls in milk, squeeze well, pick a little bit, put in a sieve, pass bread rolls and chopped egg yolk through the sieve with a pastry blender or grind both in a universal chopper. Stir well with the remaining ingredients. Then add the chives. Leave to cool until serving.
