Instructions:

Cut white cabbage and carrots very small (about the size of a grain of rice). Peel and finely chop the onion.

Sugar pepper, salt, milk, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar and juice of one lemon in a large bowl, mix well.

Add white cabbage, carrots and onions and mix well.

Cover and let stand for at least two hours.
