For the Cookiemonster Cake Pops, mix the cake crumbs well with the cream cheese and rum and chill. Mix the coconut flakes with the blue food coloring until they are the desired color and let them dry a bit.

Form 48 slightly different sized eyes from the marzipan mixture. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Use some of the melted chocolate to paint pupils on the marzipan eyes. Form 24 balls from the cake mixture and roll in the coconut flakes.

Dip wooden skewers about 1 inch into the chocolate and insert into the cake balls. Allow chocolate to harden. Lightly dip the bottom of the eyes into the chocolate and place on top of the cake pops. Let chocolate harden. Cut the mini cookies in half and attach them firmly to the Cookie Monster Cake Pops with the chocolate.
