For the corn and cheese rösti, whisk the egg and milk. Mix flour and baking powder and mix with the egg. Stir in the corn, cheese and chives. Heat the oil in the pan and fry small portions of the batter with a spoon until the rösti are golden brown. Drain the corn and cheese rösti on some kitchen roll.
