For the curd-ham-mozzarella loaf, cut the ham, mozzarella and onion into small fine cubes.

In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, eggs, defrosted mixed vegetables, ham, mozzarella and herbs. Then add the flour and the breadcrumbs. Add the spices to taste.

Heat oil in a frying pan and spoon small portions of the rather soggy mixture into the oil (flatten slightly). Fry on both sides until golden.
