For the couscous pan, melt the butter in a small saucepan and briefly sauté the couscous in it. Deglaze with the water, bring to the boil once and remove from the heat.

Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Rinse the canned chickpeas well and cut the feta cheese into small pieces.

Sauté the vegetables in a non-stick pan without oil until the zucchini pieces are soft. Mix in the chickpeas and couscous and season well.

Finally, fold in the feta cheese and season again. Arrange the couscous pan on two plates and spread a tsp of oil over each.
