Instructions:

Preheat the oven to about 190 °C.

Cream butter and sugar. Gradually add eggs, mix in milk.

Mix flour and baking powder, add salt and all together in the butter mixture form. Mix well.

Add cranberry rice, nuts and orange zest.

Grease a king cake pan or several small molds, dust with flour and fill halfway. Bake at 190 degrees for about 25-30 min or remove after piercing with a wooden shish kebab or wooden stick and cool. Small molds need to be checked after a shorter time.

For the glaze.

Stir through powdered sugar and orange juice. Run over bread in thin streaks.
