Instructions:

Cut the vegetables into cubes and sauté them a little in the butter. Extinguish with the stock and boil everything together until soft. Blend finely with a hand mixer and season with salt, pepper and a little juice of a lemon.

Brown the rest of the butter with the flour and use it to smear the soup.
