For the vegetable stock:







Instructions:

First, cut the carrot into coarse cubes for the vegetable stock. Bring the water with the carrot pieces, salt, pepper and herbs to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain the vegetable stock, add the whipping cream and bring to the boil again.

Mix finely with the chopped herbs. Add butter, blend again and serve the cream of herbs soup in a hot rinsed soup bowl.
