For the cream of potato soup, chop onion and sauté in butter. Peel and dice the potatoes and add to the pot. Fill up with the soup.

Cook until the potatoes are done. Then add whipped cream and sour cream and puree finely in a blender or with a hand blender.

Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Clean the potato for the chowder and cut into small cubes and also fry in the pan with oil until golden.

Dry and season with salt.
