Instructions:

Peel and halve the onions and cut them into slices. Heat the fat. Sauté sauerkraut, bay leaf, onions and juniper berries. Steam for approx. 15 min.

Douse with 150 ml water and whipped cream. Put Regensburger and Knacker on top, steam for 15 min.

3. roast Nürnberger sausages in hot oil for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

Serve sauerkraut with sausages.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
