For the rice pudding with nougat cream, salt the milk, bring to the boil and stir in the rice. Then cover and cook over moderate heat for approx. 25 minutes. Stir the rice pudding in between.

When the rice is soft, add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Divide lukewarm into bowls, heat the nut nougat, stir until smooth, pour onto the rice pudding and stir a little.
