Heat the vegetable oil. Rinse the bell bell pepper and cut into small cubes, the okra into thin slices. Sauté in the oil together with the onions, chopped parsley and garlic. Add the tomatoes and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Season with a little clove powder, pepper, cayenne pepper and salt. Stir the wheat flour with a little cold water and add to the sauce to thicken.
