For Creole turkey strips, first prepare the sauce. Blanch the tomatoes and remove the skin. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and press the garlic. Remove the seeds from the bell bell pepper and cut into small cubes. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and also chop into small cubes.

Sauté onion and garlic in a little oil. Add bell bell pepper and cook until soft. Then add pineapple and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, sugar and Tabasco sauce.

In the meantime, mix flour with salt. Beat the egg. Trim the meat and cut it into thin strips across the grain. Roll in the flour mixture. Then roll in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Deep fry the turkey strips in enough hot oil (do a cooking spoon test).

Serve Creole turkey strips with the sauce.
