Instructions:

Crêpes: Mix the flour with part of the milk until smooth. Add the eggs and the rest of the milk. Heat the butter and add to the batter form together with the salt, sugar, vanilla pulp and the grated lemon. Rest the batter briefly before baking and then finish baking narrow golden brown crêpes.

Filling: In a frying pan, caramelize the sugar until golden brown. Grate the orange. Melt the butter in the sugar and extinguish with the juice of the oranges and the Grand Marnier. Turn the baked crêpes to the other side. Heat the brandy in a ladle and pour it over the crêpes. Ignite the alcohol with a match.
