Instructions:

For the croissants with beans, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Wash the celery stalk and cut into 1 cm slices.

Place the beans with the vegetables in a large pot and cook, well covered with water, until the beans are soft (takes about 1 hour).

Prepare the croissants according to package directions until al dente and drain.

Strain the beans and mix with the croissants.

Season the croissants with beans with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and drizzle with olive oil.
