The diced meat is boiled for one hour in 1.5 liters of salted water, to which a little pepper is added. In the meantime, clean the greens, cut the beans into pieces, the carrots and kohlrabi into small pieces and the potatoes into cubes. Tie the parsley and lovage together and add to the broth and cook for another 25 minutes. Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry it and fry the onion in its fat until light yellow. Add salt, parsley and pour the hot broth over it.
