A cake recipe for all foodies:

Pour the yogurt into a sieve lined with cheesecloth and let it drain for one night. Then mix the drained yogurt with the stoned and chopped apricots. Coarsely grind the sesame seeds together with the sunflower seeds and the almond kernels, stir with the grapefruit juice and sprinkle in an even layer on the bottom of a greased tart springform pan (approx. 16cm diameter). Spread the yogurt-apricot mixture on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

This “curd cake” becomes especially delicious when served with an apricot sauce.

Place the quartered apricots together with the vanilla pod slit lengthwise in the apple juice mixed with water for at least 4 hours. Now remove the vanilla pod and blend the apricots together with the liquid in a hand blender. Bring to the table slightly chilled.
