Curd Cake with Tangerines I

Try this delicious cake recipe:

Whisk together the flour, baking powder. Then beat the egg and fold it in, then add butter and sugar to the dough and knead well. The dough forms the base for the curd topping in the cake pan.

The curd is mixed with sugar and eggs in a large enough bowl. Add 2 tbsp. cornflour, 1 cup of sour cream and the juice of one lemon.

Add the whipped cream and stir gently.

Put the tangerines on the short pastry base and bake at 200 °C for 60 minutes.
