Instructions:

For the curd-cherry strudel, mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Chill the dough for about 1 hour.

For the curd-cherry filling, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, curd, lemon juice, lemon zest until creamy. Remove the stones from the cherries and fold them in. Roll out the strudel dough thinly.

Spread the mixture on the strudel dough and roll it up. Brush with milk or butter and bake the curd cheese and cherry strudel at 180 °C top/bottom heat.
