Instructions:

Mix flour, dry yeast, salt, vanilla, sugar, butter, curd and eggs in a food processor with the dough hook until smooth.

Let rise for 30 minutes and in the meantime prepare a baking pan.

On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with jam, roll up and place in pan. Let rise again.

Bake at 160 °C hot air for 25-30 minutes.
