Instructions:

Beat butter with sugar and egg yolks. Then stir in the curd cheese.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold in the cornstarch.

Fold the snow alternately with the white bread crumbs into the mixture. Boil the dumplings in salted water and let them stand for 10 minutes. Then roll in butter crumbs.

For the plum roast, slice the plums and mix with the fruit pulp.

Roll the dumplings in butter crumbs, place on the roaster, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
