For the curd cheese-mascarpone-raspberry cream, mix the curd cheese, yogurt and mascarpone with the sugar. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in.

Layer the frozen raspberries and the curd mixture alternately in glasses and decorate with chocolate shavings.

Allow the curd mascarpone raspberry cream to stand for approx. 3 hours before serving.
