Instructions:

Peel and finely dice onions and mix with minced meat, curd cheese and eggs. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, form flat oval meat dumplings from the mixture with wet hands and turn them in breadcrumbs to the other side.

Heat light butter and fry the meat dumplings on both sides in it.
