For the curd cheese pancake separate the eggs. Then mix the curd with yolks, cream, sugar, raisins, lemon peel and flour.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Melt the butter in a pan and pour in the dough.

Bake over medium heat, turn and tear into pieces. Serve the curd cheese pancake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
