Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Dough: Sift the flour into a suitable bowl and make a well. Mix salt, sugar, egg yolks, milk and a quarter of lukewarm water. Add a part of the mixture to the bowl and mix from the center outwards with the flour, making sure there are no lumps. Gradually add the rest of the egg yolk mixture and the oil and leave the dough to stand for about 30 minutes. Next, whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough.

Heat some butter fat in a frying pan, pour in a thin layer of dough and bake on both sides until golden brown. Before turning the pancakes, add a little fat to the frying pan. Prepare the rest of the dough in the same way.

Filling: Mix the ingredients for the filling to a spreadable amount, spread on the pancakes and roll up.
