Instructions:

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, powdered sugar, soft butter, lemon zest and juice until creamy.

Add the curd cheese and semolina. Stir the milk with the vanilla pudding until smooth and mix in. Gently fold in the snow and mix in the raisins.

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs Pour half of the mixture into the dish. Put apple slices on top of the mixture and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Pour the rest of the mixture on top and bake the curd cheese soufflé at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.

Sprinkle the curd cheese soufflé with powdered sugar as desired and serve.
