For the curd cheese sheet dough, put flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Drain layered cheese (or curd) with a sieve or cloth napkin (gather the tips of the napkin over the layered cheese, twist to squeeze out the liquid). Stir the layered cheese until smooth or pass through a sieve, add to the flour, and evenly distribute the cold butter in flakes on top. Quickly knead the ingredients until the dough is smooth and no streaks or stains are visible.

Further proceed with the curd puff pastry as with a homemade puff pastry, making the different tours.
