For the curd quiche, mix the low-fat curd with egg yolk, season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites and fold in the beaten egg white. Mix in strips of ham or sautéed mushrooms, strips of leek or onion or strips of smoked salmon as desired. Pour the curd mixture into a greased baking dish and bake the curd quiche in the oven at 170 °C for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
