For the curd yogurt cream with fruit salad, remove the core from the apple and pear and cut into pieces.

Halve grapes, quarter strawberries. Marinate fruits with maraschino and lemon juice, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix yogurt with curd, agave syrup and vanilla paste.

Divide curd cream among dessert bowls and place fruits including juice on top. Serve the curd yogurt cream with fruit salad immediately cold.
