Instructions:

For the curry sausage, peel and finely dice the onion and sauté in hot butter or light butter until translucent. Sprinkle curry powder over it.

Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and tomato ketchup. Simmer briefly on low heat.

Fry the sausages on all sides, cut into thick slices and arrange the curry sausage on the paradeiser sauce.
