Cutlets on the Baking Tray

Rub cutlets with paprika, salt, pepper and Chinese seasoning. Turn over in flour and place on a deep, greased baking sheet. Drain the mushrooms and spread them evenly on the meat. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Cut the cheese into small strips or grate it and sprinkle it over the meat. Whip the cream until stiff, season with 1 tbsp. fondant and paprika and spread evenly over the meat and mushrooms. Bake everything in the oven for another 30 minutes.
