Try this delicious cake recipe:

(*) For a tart pan of 27 cm diameter.

For the cake, bring Marsala, orange juice, juice of one lemon and honey to a boil, cook a little. Skin the dates, cut them in half, remove the seeds and put them in the hot broth form. Remove the saucepan from the stove and leave the dates in it for an hour.

For the dampfl melt yeast and sugar in the lukewarm milk.

Fold in flour (1) and let it rise for fifteen minutes in a warm place, covered with foil.

Sift flour (2) into a large enough bowl. Add vanilla pulp, salt, eggs, lemon zest and the steam. Knead with the dough hook of the food processor to a smooth dough.
