Instructions:

First, shake out the rose petals well, but do not wash them. Separate the petals generously from the calyx, otherwise it will taste bitter.

Spread out on paper towels and scour again for any insects that may be present.

Wash, dry and slice the lemon half. Add water and lemon slices to a glass pitcher. Add rose petals at the end and stir gently once.

Be sure to cover the pitcher so that the essential oils do not evaporate. Leave to infuse overnight in the refrigerator.

Drink the detox rose petal water over the next day.
