For the Dirndl jam, wash very ripe dirndls and heat them very wet over low heat until they leave juice. Then cook until soft. Strain in the Flotten Lotte with the coarse perforated disc (remove the seeds).

Now it should be about 1 kg Dirndl mass. Add jelling sugar and boil for 5 minutes until bubbly, immediately pour into well rinsed screw-top jars and seal.
