Instructions:

For the double chocolate chip cookies, quickly knead all ingredients together and chill the dough for 1/2 hour.

Then roll out the dough and cut out round cookies. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees convection for about 10 minutes and let cool.

For the filling, beat butter until fluffy, stir in powdered sugar, egg liqueur and melted chocolate and allow to cool.

Fill 2 cookies at a time with the filling and decorate the double chocolate cookies with a chocolate blob and some brittle.
