Rinse the potatoes and do with the peel 20 min. Peel and press through the potato press. Add flour, nutmeg and the beaten eggs to the lukewarm cooled potatoes form. Knead with your hands to form a soft, smooth dough. The dough should not stick, perhaps add a little flour.

Cut out gnocchi with a spoon and cook in boiling salted water until they float to the surface (about 10 minutes). Carefully remove the gnocchi from the pan with a slotted spoon, drain and serve as a side dish.

Entrée: Melon and ham leaf salad.

Main course: Turkey with ricotta
