A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Shape the flour into a wreath. Add the sugar, butter, egg yolks, water and lemon zest to the center of the wreath. Gradually mix the flour to the center and work everything together to form a smooth dough.

For the filling, boil the milk, salt and butter. Pour in the semolina in a stream and make it into a thick paste. Cool.

Add whisked sugar, egg yolks, almond kernels and washed raisins with lemon zest. Loosely mix with stiffly beaten egg whites.

Butter the baking tray and cover it with the rolled out dough. Pour in the semolina. Bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Make an Easter bunny stencil out of cardboard, place it on the cooled cake and sprinkle the whole cake with powdered sugar.
