For the egg dish, mix milk, eggs and a pinch of salt.

Heat the butter in a pan, pour in the eggs and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Once the egg has set, remove from the pan so it doesn’t overcook or become too firm.

Wash the chives and cut into small rolls.

Season the egg dish with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with fresh chives!
