For the eggnog balls, finely paint the biscuits and mix with the walnuts. Knead in enough eggnog (the amount is only approximate) to form a malleable mass. Form small balls.

Heat the chocolate in a bain-marie (be careful not to let any water get into the chocolate, as this will make it lumpy). Dip the balls into the glaze (best done with praline cutlery) and place in praline molds.

Add sugar decorations as desired to the chocolate, which has not yet cooled, and allow the eggnog balls to cool.
