For the eggs in the jar, boil water in a pot. Put the eggs in and boil for 3 minutes.
Lift out, but do not quench, but crack immediately. Drop 2 yolks each into a preheated decorative glass (preferably with a stem).
Remove the beaten egg whites with a coffee spoon or teaspoon and add to the yolks.
Add a little salt and very lightly stir the eggs in the glass.
