Instructions:

For the elderflower jelly, cover the elderflower cones with the juice of the lemon and the orange in water and leave for 24 hours.

Then strain, squeeze the cones (but some small flowers should get into the jelly) and boil with the jelling sugar and agar agar for about 10 minutes.

Fill into small jars while still hot.
