Instructions:

Clean the elderflower umbels as needed. Cut the lemons into slices. Dissolve the ascorbic acid in hot water.

Dissolve the sugar in boiled water. Add the flowers, lemon slices and ascorbic acid. Let the mixture stand for three days.

Then strain the syrup through a fine sieve (or cloth) and pour into bottles with screw tops.
