A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix pancake batter from flour, 3 eggs, salt and 2/3 of the milk, let stand for 60 min, then fry narrow, large pancakes in hot fat or possibly oil in a frying pan. Mix remaining milk with 1 egg and salt, season and color heartily with bell pepper, paprika and chili powder, pull the finished pancakes through this mixture and let them brown briefly in the frying pan repeatedly.

Fry chopped ham and onion in the pan, add crushed garlic, parsley, chopped tomatoes and tomato ketchup, season with salt, cayenne pepper and marjoram. Put the filling into the pancakes, roll them up, put them in a greased ovenproof dish, cover them with strips of cheese and bake them until the cheese melts creamy.

Serve hot with leaf salad.
