Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and press them through the potato ricer. Stir in semolina and salt well. Put half of this potato mixture into a greased gratin dish. Place the apple slices on top, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and spread the sour cream evenly on top. Cover with the remaining potato mixture. Spread butter flakes evenly on top and place in the oven heated to 180 degrees until the casserole is golden brown.
