Instructions:

1. celery tuber peeled, washed, cook for about 35 min in a little salted water with a lid, coarsely chop apples hollow out with a teaspoon or cookie cutter, rub with the juice of a lemon, coarsely chop the hollowed out flesh (without the core), sprinkle with the juice of a lemon coarsely chopped celery and potatoes mix with the apple flesh.

2. stir ingredients for sauce and mix with lettuce.

3. fill the sauce into the apples.

Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Tip: Use apples that are as friable as possible for scooping (e.g. Boskop).
