For the exotic fish skewers, first cut the pike perch into pieces and marinate with half the lime, the finely chopped chili pepper, salt and pepper (at least 1/4 hour).

In the meantime, peel the mango and papaya and cut them into pieces. Alternate pike-perch pieces, mango and papaya on metal or wooden skewers. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers in it.

Remove the finished skewers and keep warm. Deglaze the gravy with coconut milk and let it simmer down. Serve the exotic fish skewers with sauce and finely chopped banana chips.
