Remove the peel from the mango with a peeler, cut the flesh right and left of the stone and roughly dice. Cut the pineapple slices into pieces as well. Mix with pine nuts and put in a dessert bowl form.
Stir yogurt with honey and pour over the fruit. Add the oatmeal.
Tips: After peeling the mango, hold it with a clean kitchen towel, otherwise the fruit will easily slip out of your hand.
You can also use sunflower seeds instead of pine nuts.
Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
