Instructions:

Bring oatmeal to a boil with coconut milk and salt. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until a porridge is formed.

In the meantime, peel the mango, remove the core and cut the flesh into cubes.

Stir chia seeds and agave syrup into the finished porridge. Then mix in 2/3 of the mango cubes.

Fill the porridge into bowls and garnish with the remaining mango cubes, cashews and coconut chips.
