Instructions:

For the exotic punch, first pour the lychees and their juice from the can into the punch bowl.

Wash the star fruit, dry it, cut it crosswise into slices or stars and remove the seeds if necessary. Add to the lychees.

Now add the orange juice, lime syrup and sherry and mix everything well. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes.

Pour in the iced white wine and stir.

Finally, pour the prosecco into the exotic punch and serve with a spoon in punch glasses.
